Job description:

  • Should have experience in service-based customized software development-related sales.
  • Should be research-oriented and should implement new and effective ways of outreach - calls, emails, etc and train the team members.
  • Should have good experience in sales meetings and closures.
  • Skilled in monitoring the performance of data mining, and outbound sales.
  • Should have an excellent understanding of the client’s requirements.
  • Good understanding of technologies like AI, Big Data, and web & mobile app development.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales/revenue targets.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets with timely project closures.
  • Good understanding of Blockchain Technology.
  • Should help the HR department to hire the best salespeople who can do the sales calls and close the deals.
