Job Description:

• Experience in handling the complete end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing, shortlisting, candidate tracking and follow up, validating the profiles as per the hiring managers specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, etc.
• Posting vacancies on portals and networking sites within the time frame.
• Smart and independent contributors
• IT Software hiring exp is a MUST, technical specification understanding is a MUST
• Manage interactions with Hiring Managers for clarification
• Should be able to work independently on all critical open positions
• Consistent performer and willing to work for huge volume hires
• Should be able to work in a target-based environment
• Should be able to work on hiring drives
